David Walmsley, Senior Associate Solicitor

David completed his LLB Honours degree at the University of Leicester before attaining his LPC qualification at The College of Law in Chester. He became fully qualified at the conclusion of his training contract with Russell & Russell Solicitors in September 1997.

He is a Solicitor who specialises in Litigation with a particular interest in personal injury and clinical(medical) negligence claims.

He has successfully represented a number of catastrophically injured Claimants and his field of work offers a variety ranging from motorcycle accidents to sports injuries to fatalities occurring in hospital.

In his spare time, he will usually be found on Royal Birkdale golf course if he is not spending time with his family.
