Ian Watts, Consultant Barrister

Ian is a self employed barrister at law, working with Litigaid Law to provide legal representation in the specialist area of criminal law and litigation.

As Defence Counsel, Ian frequently appears before the Local Magistrates’ Court and the Supreme Court of Gibraltar on a wide array of matters. Ian also has a particular interest in Commercial Litigation with experience in acting for Overseas Claimants in shareholder dispute actions concerning the Gibraltar jurisdiction.
