About Litigaid Law

Litigaid Law was established after Kathryn Moran (Solicitor) and Samantha Essenhigh (Litigation Executive) met while working for opposing law firms on a number of cases following their individual moves to Gibraltar. Both saw a niche in the Gibraltar market to assist people who had sustained personal injury and were unable to secure legal aid or assistance to bring their claim and could not afford the private hourly rates of a lawyer and sought of offer “no win, no fee” arrangements for their clients. We decided together to throw caution to the wind and set up our own law firm, with the head office in Gibraltar and an office in London.

With our combined skills, knowledge and experience of civil and commercial law, our ambition was to establish a niche litigation practice that could offer a specialist service and ensure complete client satisfaction. We have a specialist criminal lawyer working with Litigaid Law offering advice and assistance in criminal litigation.

In addition to our litigation, we have established a boutique conveyancing service for our clients with a dedicated Conveyancing Executive, who deals only with conveyances and is therefore always at your disposal, working with you to purchase or sell your home.

The fact that we are efficient and focused ensures that our clients always receive a professional service with the personal touch.
