Kathryn Moran, Principal

Kathryn is a Solicitor of England and Wales and Gibraltar and specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation with particular emphasis on clinical negligence, personal injury and employment matters.

She has considerable experience in representing, advising and defending a number of UK Local Authorities in personal injury and employer liability matters and NHS Trusts in clinical negligence claims and significant experience in the employment field, advising a variety of employer and employee clients, including large PLC employers, on all types of contentious and non–contentious employment matters.

In addition Kathryn has a wide range of experience in all areas of property litigation and has particular experience in property management work, acting for both landlords and tenants. Kathryn is experienced in commercial landlord and tenant law acting for both landlord and tenants in forfeiture proceedings, nuisance claims, and business lease renewals.
