This is an increasingly complex area of the law. Currently we can only offer advice and assistance in criminal matters in Gibraltar.
We assist clients both privately and under the Legal Aid Scheme on the whole range of criminal cases from serious fraud, murder and the like to day to day motoring matters.
We will assist at all stages in the process, from initial arrest, interview at the police station, to the conclusion of a case.
